Q) I’ve no User
ID and password - how can I obtain them?
A) To obtain your parameters click
here, you’ll be asked to compile
a form to obtain the information necessary to identify you as a first-time exhibitor or one who has already participated in expos held by Rimini Fiera: in the latter case, you’ll be able to see the records of your previous participations.
Q) I’ve
forgotten my password - how can I recover it?
A) To obtain your password click
here , you’ll be asked for your User ID and
the e-mail given during registration.
Q) I’ve already
got a record of invoiced exhibit space and would like to book some
services – how can I do so?
A) Just access the reserved area and choose the
files,
option. Then, at the expo for which you have an exhibit space file open, select the icon 
Q) I want to
book some services, but don’t understand the difference between the “FILE” and “TROLLEY” sections
A) The “FILE” section shows all the service requests
you’ve sent to our technical department, whether via FAX with the paper
forms, or those booked directly online. The “TROLLEY” section contains the
service items you have modified or added, but haven’t yet sent to the
Technical Office: you can send them by using the appropriate ‘Confirm
Order’ button.
